If the Hong Kong Observatory announces Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning, all bookings for that day will be immediately cancelled. Unfortunately, unused reservations cannot be refunded, but you can use them to make another booking within 14 calendar days from the original date.

In the event that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted two hours before your reserved time or while you are using the Studio, you have two options. You can choose to continue using the room, but please note that a one-hour fee will be charged if you exceed 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can change your reservation to a later date, as long as you don't exceed 15 minutes of studio use.
