Please ensure that you tidy up the site once you're done using it. Otherwise, the renters/users will be responsible for paying a cleaning fee of $400 or more, as necessary.

If there are any significant cleaning issues like vomiting or a blocked toilet, the Company has the authority to charge the renters/users the actual cost of the cleaning fee.
