Booking Rules

Booking procedures:

  1. Kindly provide us with the date, time, and purpose of your desired booking through WhatsApp: 6892 3571 or via email at hi@cospacehk.com. Once we receive your message, we will promptly respond to inform you about the availability.

  2. Once we have confirmed the availability, we can proceed to discuss and agree on all the rental details, including the rental charge and deposit if necessary, based on the purpose of use. Once all the details are confirmed, we will reserve the date and time of your desired booking and provide you with the "Payment Instructions".

  3. Please make the payment and send us the proof of payment. In certain cases, such as for first-time renters or longer contracts, we may require you to sign a CoSpacehk Studio Rental Agreement. You can then email the signed agreement to hi@cospacehk.com.

  4. Typically, for a group of reservations, we ask for payment two weeks prior. Additionally, we provide the option of payment plans on a bi-monthly or monthly basis. 

  5. Once we receive the payment, we will send you a written confirmation that your booking is reserved. When it is required, we will sign the CoSpacehk Studio Rental Agreement and send it back to your email address for your records.

Warm reminders:

  1. Once you have confirmed your reservation, kindly ensure that you arrive on time, neither early nor late. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking by us. Please note that the booking fee you have paid is non-refundable and cannot be used for any future bookings.

  2. If you want to change the date and/or time of your confirmed/paid reservation, please make the modifications as early as possible or at least one week* before the confirmed reservation. You are allowed one free rescheduling for each confirmed booking. However, additional rescheduling may incur an extra charge.

  3. To cancel your reservation, please inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Keep in mind that the booking fee cannot be refunded, but you can utilize it for your next booking. The date of next booking due to cancellation should fall within one month from the original booking period.

  4. For any rescheduling or cancellation of the booking, please reach out to us via WhatsApp at 6892 3571 or email us at hi@cospacehk.com.

  5. Your booking period covers the time for both set up and wrap up. Any overtime use may incur a charge, pro-rata based on the overtime period and according to the hourly charge in our rate card.

  6. You are welcome to move furniture pieces in the studio, but please do not drag the furniture across the floor. Please have someone help you to move heavy items to avoid damaging the floor or injury. Please ensure you rearrange the furniture back into its original place it was in when you entered the studio. All other props must be placed back where you found them upon arrival. Any damage/marks caused to the space or the furniture/curtain/props is the financial responsibility of the renter.

  7. Our studio values your privacy above all else. Our 24-hour surveillance is in place solely for risk management purposes, such as deterring theft and vandalism, monitoring the number of people in the studio, ensuring renters leave on time, and securing all areas of the 15th floor. Our cameras are placed in visible locations and do not record sound. You can trust that the footage is only used to protect our venue and property within our premises, and we do not share or keep the recordings for more than 2 weeks.

No show policies:

  1. The paid booking fee is non-refundable.

  2. If the renters/users arrive late for 15 minutes or more*, the booking will be considered a No Show. In such cases, the booking will be automatically cancelled and the paid booking fee will not be refunded.

 * For commercial use related, pop-ups and private events, special conditions may apply as necessary.
